The Dome of St Paul’s Cathedral is to receive a rather unusual makeover in the next few weeks. Measuring 365 feet high and 102 feet long the vast structure has begun to sag a bit with age and is in need of a lift. Consequently, the Cathedral Trust are paying for a vast silicon implant to be placed inside the dome in order to make it a little more perky and attractive to passers by. In addition to this, 10 000 gallons of Botox will be pumped into various ‘ageing’ points along the superstructure. Finally a large under-wire DD cup bra made from scaffolding will be slid between the inner and outer domes, this has been provided free of charge by the board at Anne Summers.
