English supporters once more brought shame to their country yesterday after violence erupted on the streets of Bruges following the elimination of the nation’s team from the World Dominoes Championship in Belgium. Around seventy-five arrests were made and several hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of damage caused by drunken yobs who rampaged through the city after England went out in a thrilling ‘fives and threes’ decider to the defending German Champions. And violence was not just limited to the supporters.
