The wall, made famous by JK Rowling in the Harry Potter Books, is nonetheless a wall and should not be run at.
The chilren, none of which are wizards despite their dress, are understood to have been attempting to get to Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry when the accident occured.
“You’d have thought they’d have realised after the first one got knocked out.” Commented Arthur Jones who works at the station. “But they just kept on going regardless!”
In all fifteen children attempted to run through the wall and although none were seriously hurt all are being treated for minor injuries and delusion at Guys Hospital.
“The funny thing is,” said PC Clarke of the local constabulary, a keen Harry Potter fan. “Even if they had got through the wall the train wouldn’t have been there as term starts at the end of summer, silly really!”
